Information you submit
Contact and vendor forms may store your name, email, organization, official website, topic and message. Do not send passwords, client records, confidential matter details or regulated information.
Abuse prevention
The forms store a keyed one-way fingerprint derived from the request IP address and a timestamp to enforce a short submission limit. The fingerprint is not the raw address.
Technical records
Infrastructure may process standard request information such as address, browser, requested URL, response status and time for security, reliability and incident response.
Use and retention
Information is used to respond, review corrections or listings, prevent abuse and maintain security. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.
